Inclusion Is Not an End-In-Itself

… so your essay pointing out some “exclusion” is meaningless unless you can go on to show that this exclusion was somehow unjustified.

    I hate reading papers where someone suggests some practice is exclusionary, as if that were damning in and of itself. It’s not. Some exclusions are wonderful. I love excluding.
